CROYDON HIGH STREET PROPERTY WITH BLUE CHIP

Croydon Investment Sale

Rounding off both a fantastic year for our investment team and a string of great deals across the greater London market, we’ve just completed the sale of the Specsavers store on Croydon’s prime retail pitch, to a private investor.

James Mead and Patrick Kilvington, alongside joint agent Allsop’s Will Clough, have sold this key property – located at 112 North End in the centre of Croydon’s fully pedestrianised retail pitch – on behalf of a private client.

The store is let to Specsavers until September 2030 without break, with the optical retailer paying a rent of £95,000 per annum. Demonstrating its confidence in the location, Specsavers has occupied this store for more than 25 years.

Our thanks go to Jeremy Lovell of HRH Retail who acted for the purchaser.
